Week One: The Back in Action Method is Divided into 6-ACTION Steps or weeks. As you are granted access into each new week, you will find an overview video at the beginning of each week and also several instructional videos.

Week 2 Step C Week 2 is about: Finding support for your life and structure through your feet contacting and relying on the Earth Understanding the Foot and Spine both have 26 bones and mirror each other

Week 3 Step T for Twist Overview In week 3 we bring the Shoulder Girdle and arms into the Structural Picture. We learn how to connect the bottom 1/2 to the top 1/2. We also find Balance in standing and walking. This week we peek into automatic momentum.

Week 4 Week Step I for Inner Core Overview In Week four we use the electrical analogy of Core & Sleeve with the body. The Sleeve is the plastic coating around the wire, the core of the inner wire. The Inner Core is the wire and Shoulder and Pelvic girdle are the Sleeve.

Week 5 Step O for the Outer Core or Sleeve In week 5 is a continuation of week 4 carrying the inner line of the pelvis into the upper body. We learn about the Superficial abdominal muscles and realize the importance of separating each from each other.
