Back in Action Method (BAM) is a 7-week Program that re-organizes the Human Structure through a Self Directed Myo-Fascial Release System using three steps.

Learn how to break through beliefs, root issues, dissolve patterns as a result of trauma and how to reach an entirely different level of connection with yourself through love and embodiment.

Nutrition: Metabolic Balance

Metabolic Balance is a method which regulates and adapts your diet in order to keep your metabolism stimulated. This method balances your metabolism and encourages the release of insulin so that you can lose weight in a healthy way without starving. Using blood testing Metabolic Balance creates a personalized nutrition plan designed to work for the individual body.

I know food can help us feel fantastic or awful. Food contributes to inflammation, hormone imbalance and acidosis, which all contribute to pain and discomfort in the body. I enjoy helping people with uncovering their bio-individuality to find out the best eating habit for them. If we can start by giving ourselves a week without junk food and succumbing to our cravings, we can make great strides in moving towards a healthy and happy body.

Meditation Trainings

One of the hardest challenges of starting a meditation practice  is having all the chores done so you can accomplish peace and practice mindfulness.  Our Meditation Retreats are designed to do just that.  We introduce you to Simple Living, Simple Existing, Simple Tasting and Simple Space.  As our Name implies, we are excited to help you accomplish not only Real Change but lasting Change. Our goal in a  weekend or week-long get away isn’t just so you escape from your life, we expect it to be a droplet into your life to create a profound ripple effect.
